RE: REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS FROM FEBRUARY 1 st 2024

All repeat prescriptions must be ordered through our website on www.ballymotefamilypractice.ie

For any patients that cannot access the website, a nominated person can request the prescription on your behalf on the website.

We appreciate your co-operation with this process. This will reduce the risks associated with telephone requests and improve telephone access to the practice.

Please note there is a minimum 48-hour turnaround time to get the prescription to the pharmacy.
